My love of makeup began with something personal: struggling with severe acne. I experienced firsthand how much your skin can affect your confidence, and how meaningful it can be to feel comfortable with what you see in the mirror. That experience sparked my interest in makeup and led me to become a licensed aesthetician.

Today, I’m a full-time makeup artist with 15 years of professional makeup experience and an esthetics background licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Through Jennifer Dupre Artistry, I specialize in on-location bridal makeup throughout Rhode Island, including Newport, as well as Massachusetts and Connecticut.

My skincare education shapes every makeup application. I consider the condition of your skin, how it’s prepared, and how products work together to create your preferred finish. I also share personalized skincare recommendations and preparation guides, helping you understand what you can do before your appointment to get the most from your makeup.

Early in my career, I loved creating dramatic makeup. Over time, I also fell in love with the detail and restraint involved in natural makeup. That appreciation for both continues to shape my work: natural bridal makeup, soft glam, and dramatic full glam, all created with my signature approach—neutral bridal makeup, tailored to you.

Over the years, my work has included weddings, fashion shows, film, commercial projects, and Rhode Island pageants. I’ve earned multiple industry awards, including The Knot Best of Weddings and WeddingWire Couples’ Choice Awards. Working across these settings has strengthened my ability to adapt makeup for different faces, ages, preferences, and the camera.
